The firm is a professional company registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, and Estate Agents, Malaysia (BOVEA) under the purview of the Valuers, Appraisers, and Estate Agents Act 1981(The Act).
The firm is formed as a sole proprietorship as allowed by the rules of the above Act and becoming partnership.
The company, which was formed on 5 June 1999 has recently relocated to a new office located at Empire SOHO, Subang Jaya.
The firm gained experiences in assessing landed properties for loan purpose with local banks, local companies and other governmental organizations.
Valuation of landed property is an art and science of determining the open market value of properties for a variety of purposes that include for loan purpose.
In Malaysia, only qualified valuers permitted to practice valuation, estate agency, and building management. To be qualified, as a registered valuer a person should have a degree in real estate management from recognized universities locally or abroad, attending a houseman ship for a period of two years during prequalification period and having passed a Test of Professional Competency with either the Board or Malaysian Institutions of Surveyors.
